Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional solutions to technical and service issues.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift operations team to document, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions and records.
- Update customer database information and track support tickets in real-time to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
