Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails during late-night hours with patience and professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer queries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and support peers to ensure seamless handovers.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, data protection regulations (GDPR), and quality assurance standards.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist in maintaining the knowledge base and updating product documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support (night shift experience preferred).
- Location: Must be based in the UK and legally authorized to work.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Attitude: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
