Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for B2B clients with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure continuity of support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical leads when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
