Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex issues, escalating to Tier 2 support when necessary.
- Maintain precise documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory for night-shift commutes.
