Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer support tickets via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team during handover periods to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify recurring technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
