Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot complex technical hardware and software issues for clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Provide product training and guidance to new night shift staff members.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and high level of patience.
- Must be available to work 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools (e.g., Zoom, TeamViewer).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
