Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets and emails during the night shift window (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Monitor system alerts and perform preliminary troubleshooting for critical infrastructure issues.
- Update client databases and documentation to reflect overnight activity and resolutions.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service and seamless handovers.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on support interactions.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to senior technical staff for long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role is preferred.
- Must be available to work a fixed night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to commute during off-peak hours if required.
