- Manage a high volume of incoming support tickets and client inquiries during overnight hours.
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and guidance to enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Day Shift engineering teams to resolve critical issues immediately.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support interactions and system changes.
- Monitor system performance and alert stakeholders to potential outages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer success.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
