Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, efficient customer support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Resolve complex technical issues and product inquiries for enterprise clients
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with global teams using real-time communication tools
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time and CSAT scores

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or night shift environments
