Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for enterprise clients
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including first-contact resolution and CSAT scores
- Escalate complex issues to senior specialists with detailed documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for overnight service protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Teams, Slack)
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
