Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies during night operations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
