Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information regarding our logistics services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Log all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
