Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries during night hours.
- Process customer orders, returns, and refunds with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the internal CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless operational handover.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
