Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our client base.
- Log all interactions accurately into the CRM system (Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
