Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers to manufacture precision components according to detailed blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment to ensure tolerances are met.
- Maintain machinery cleanliness and perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality assurance standards.
- Document production data accurately for inventory and tracking purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience operating CNC machinery (Fanuc, Mazak, or Haas preferred).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of G-Code programming and setup procedures.
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
