Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues during overnight hours to ensure 100% uptime.
- Perform routine maintenance, security patches, and data backups.
- Log and categorize support tickets with high accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the day-shift team to ensure operational continuity.
- Generate and review detailed reports on system health and incident logs.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on software and hardware configurations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and standard network protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
