Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound freight operations during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for real-time inventory tracking
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and discrepancies
- Implement quality control protocols for all processed shipments
- Lead emergency response protocols for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent required
