Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Complete accurate documentation of warehouse activities and inventory counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for pay app
- Reliable transportation to multiple LA County locations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for daily assignments
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
