Responsibilities

- Ensure Ethical Compliance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in all automated systems.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate theoretical research into functional products.
- Prototype Innovation: Build rapid prototypes of emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces) to validate concepts before full-scale production.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think several steps ahead and anticipate technical debt and scalability issues.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
