Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural architectures integrating quantum processing units.
- Lead the design of Autonomous Agent Swarms capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and collaboration.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing in real-time, high-throughput environments.
- Establish and enforce ethical AI frameworks, safety protocols, and alignment strategies.
- Mentor a world-class team of ML engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready systems.
- Drive innovation in Neuromorphic Computing and bio-digital interfaces.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and large-scale systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
