- Monitor production lines to ensure high-quality output and minimal defects.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Document production data and report any irregularities immediately.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing or factory experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read technical instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Valid identification documents required for visa processing.
