Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the manufacturing floor and facilities.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Assemble products according to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and cargo areas.
- Package goods securely for shipment and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA and be willing to undergo a background check.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Must be open to EB3 Visa sponsorship processes.
