Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components using lean methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and MRP/ERP systems
- ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience with process optimization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to relocate to Wichita, KS
