Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products and components according to strict quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from the St. Louis facility.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US or possess a valid visa for sponsorship consideration.
