Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate production machinery and assembly line equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality control standards and specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials and supplies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily production goals.
- Process Improvement: Participate in routine maintenance tasks and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is preferred but not strictly required for unskilled roles.
- Experience: No prior manufacturing experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Visa Status: Candidates must be eligible for or willing to apply for an EB3 Unskilled Labor Visa (Green Card sponsorship).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is required to follow instructions and ensure workplace safety.
- Documentation: Must possess valid identification and documentation required for employment in the United States.
