Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including wound dressing, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
- Assist patients with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene
- Document patient observations and care progress in electronic health records
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during healthcare transitions
Qualifications
- Active LPN license (or eligibility for Florida licensure)
- Completion of accredited nursing program (no college degree required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (H1B or TN)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
