Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision in long-term care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in home country
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
- Pass background check and health screening
- Ability to obtain TN nursing license within 90 days
- Valid passport and visa eligibility
- CPR/BLS certification
- Willingness to relocate to Memphis, TN
