Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust microservices and distributed systems capable of scaling to exabyte-level data throughput.
- AI Integration Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for integrating predictive AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure pipelines.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Lead the implementation of zero-trust security protocols and ensure 100% compliance with emerging 2026 regulatory standards.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve system availability through advanced caching strategies and load balancing.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select cutting-edge technologies and cloud providers to ensure Chronos remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-scale infrastructure teams.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, along with proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of how to deploy and manage ML workloads within production environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of architecting solutions for high-concurrency environments and complex data migration projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
