Responsibilities
- Architect and implement large-scale Generative AI systems with a focus on 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and minimize hallucinations.
- Lead the design of multi-modal AI agents capable of complex reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to fine-tune foundation models on proprietary data.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and security in the AI lifecycle.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying LLM applications at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
