Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global industries
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present future-vision insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish innovation KPIs and track future-readiness metrics
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategic analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, Trend Hunter)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
