Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Vision roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI governance frameworks)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation hubs
- Author white papers on existential risk mitigation and ethical tech deployment
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor futurist apprentices through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight with demonstrable impact on tech roadmaps
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ successful exits)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Theory, or relevant field
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
