Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future scenarios into product development roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design and deliver executive-level future scenario briefings and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Create quantitative and qualitative models to assess emerging technology adoption trajectories
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for next-generation human-machine interactions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar business opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (peer-reviewed journals, major conferences)
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies including Delphi studies, causal layered analysis, and backcasting
