Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2031)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions

- Author white papers on future trends and innovation frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for trend analysis
- Track record of scaling experimental projects to commercial viability
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic drivers
- Fluency in at least two major innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
