Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software systems for autonomous vehicle navigation and sensor fusion.
- Lead the design and optimization of machine learning models for real-time decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to integrate V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) communication protocols.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture planning sessions, and technical debt assessments.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in C++, Python, and relevant ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience with autonomous driving architectures, SLAM, or robotics simulation tools (ROS, Gazebo).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
