Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team.
- Mentor and coach mid-to-senior level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, UX, Security) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and performance optimization for critical systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with machine learning pipelines and data engineering frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
