Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance computing solutions for the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring zero-latency real-time data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging AI models with legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and scalability across the 2026 division.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure system reliability in mission-critical environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on advanced algorithms.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with proven experience in distributed systems.
- Strong background in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and neural network optimization.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
