Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Translate strategic business goals into detailed technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex system issues, and ensure seamless integration of third-party APIs.
- Define and enforce best practices for coding, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of modern web frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
