Responsibilities
Architect and deploy high-throughput blockchain networks tailored for 2026 financial standards.Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for smart contract protocols.Ensure security best practices across all decentralized applications (dApps).Lead technical strategy for cross-chain interoperability.Mentor a team of world-class engineers and researchers.Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Blockchain/Web3.Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go.Proven track record of deploying production-grade smart contracts.Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions and Zero-Knowledge proofs.Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and consensus mechanisms.Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
