Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all platforms.
- Design and implement microservices architecture that integrates cutting-edge AI models with legacy systems.
- Mentor and cultivate a culture of innovation, conducting code reviews and architectural walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee system infrastructure deployment, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery protocols are met.
- Prioritize technical debt reduction and refactor legacy codebases to support future growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on quantum computing advancements relevant to 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of integrating Machine Learning and AI into production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a solid understanding of functional programming paradigms.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
