Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that integrate classical AI models with quantum processing units.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive performance tuning and cost-efficiency initiatives for large-scale cloud deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing environments.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
