Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient infrastructure capable of handling high-performance computing loads for AI and quantum applications.
- Lead Technology Roadmap: Define the technical vision for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Optimize Neural Workflows: Collaborate with data scientists to build pipelines that maximize inference speed and energy efficiency in next-gen neural networks.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards, particularly regarding data privacy and AI ethics protocols.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous, complex problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging tech fields such as quantum computing, blockchain, or advanced robotics.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
