Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and oversee the architectural vision for 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation across all product lines.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex distributed systems, focusing on AI integration and edge computing capabilities.
- Tech Stack Selection: Evaluate and select cutting-edge technologies (e.g., quantum-resistant cryptography, neuromorphic computing) to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights for C-suite executives and investors.
- Prototyping: Hands-on involvement in building Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for revolutionary 2026-era applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and machine learning pipelines.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and adapting architectures to meet future demands.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Tools: Proficiency in modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
