Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures for high-throughput environments.
- Lead the strategic migration to cloud-native technologies, ensuring zero downtime and optimal performance.
- Oversee system security protocols and ensure compliance with SOC2 and GDPR standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with product and business units to define technical roadmaps aligned with 2026 goals.
- Optimize database performance and implement real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka and similar technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Expertise in Python, Go, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Strong background in AWS or Azure cloud services and serverless computing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-availability environments.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure deployment and MLOps pipelines.
