The Role: In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, resilient, and revolutionary systems designed to meet the demands of the 2026 market. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic architectural vision for the Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and technological trends.
- System Design: Design and implement complex distributed systems, focusing on high availability, low latency, and quantum-ready scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the creation of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions for emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation and edge computing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Architect systems with a security-first approach, ensuring compliance with evolving global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and delivering projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
