Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Architect and lead the strategic implementation of AI models, focusing on long-term scalability and energy efficiency.
- Lead High-Impact Research: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI to drive product innovation.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of distributed systems, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to global ethical standards and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and define technical roadmaps 3-5 years out.
