Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading into 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a high-performance team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and MLOps.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in all algorithmic decisions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, LLMs, and predictive modeling to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related machine learning libraries.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of mentoring engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
