Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap targeting 2026 milestones, identifying emerging technologies and competitive advantages.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend advancements in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI to enhance our product suite.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the integration of AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering results on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
