Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Design scalable architectures for multimodal AI systems, integrating text, vision, and audio processing.
- Implement state-of-the-art Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) strategies to ensure model alignment and safety.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to deploy reliable, low-latency AI solutions in production environments.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing research budgets.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
