Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the research vision for Generative AI models focused on the 2026 technology landscape.
- Model Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize deep learning architectures for large-scale NLP and vision tasks.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable production-ready features.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure code quality, model robustness, and adherence to safety and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior research role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive knowledge of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, etc.).
- Research: Strong publication record in top AI conferences or patents in relevant technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
