Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy advanced AI solutions into production environments.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier international conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Design and optimize neural architectures to solve complex, unstructured problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD students, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific excellence.
- Conduct rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and drive the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research roles at top-tier tech companies, research labs (FAIR, DeepMind), or academia.
- Extensive knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
